Automated batching and real time reporting

This page explains how Verofy® vTerminal and Verofy® PayLinks products batch automatically - sending your transactions for processing, and shows you how to access real time reporting in the Verofy® App/Verofy® Cloud.

Automated batching

Virtual products are set to batch after every transaction. This means your transactions are submitted to the bank straight away, and you don't need to rely on running reports to submit your transactions for processing.What is the cut off for funds being settled?

If you have our Verofy® Faster Settlements service, any transactions you take up to 10:59PM (GMT) will be settled to you the following working day (Friday, Saturday and Sundays transactions are settled on the Monday).

If you don't have our Verofy® Faster Settlements service, any transactions you take up to 10:59PM (GMT) will be settled as follows:Monday - settled on WednesdayTuesday - settled on Thursday Wednesday - settled on Friday Thursday - settled on Saturday Friday & Saturday - settled on MondaySunday - settled on Tuesday

Real time reporting

You can access real time reporting in Verofy® App and in Verofy® Cloud, you'll be able to see your transactions as you take them. In the unfortunate event that the connection to the reporting tool fails for any transaction, they will be auto imported the following morning by our system, so you'll never be waiting long to see your transactions.
