# Download monthly summary statements

We'll always provide settlement breakdowns for each individual settlement and you can find out how to access these in Cloud by clicking **[here](https://verofy.support/books/navigating-verofy-cloud/page/download-a-pdf-or-excel-copy-of-the-settlement-detail)**, but we also provide monthly summary statements in Cloud.   
  
  
To locate and download your monthly summary statements, head to the **Settlements** tab in Verofy® Cloud.

From the two tabs, select **Monthly settlements**.

Select the **Download settlement** button for the month you require the summary statement for. Here's an example of how your monthly summary statement will look:
