in Verofy® Cloud

This page shows you where to locate your Verofy® vTerminal in Verofy® Cloud. 

You can use any browser to access cloud including Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari. 

  1. To get started, head to https://go.verofy.com/login

  2. To login, you'll need to enter your mobile number.

  3. If you're new to Verofy® Cloud, your previous session timed out, or it's been some time since you last logged in, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code which is sent via SMS to your mobile number.

  4. Next, you'll need to enter your PIN code (this was set up when you onboarded). You can tick to trust the device if you know it's a secure device. If you've forgotten your PIN, you can click the link to reset your PIN by following the instructions here. If you have any issues doing so, you can contact us for further support.

  5. Once you're logged in, you'll see your Dashboard. To access your Verofy® vTerminal, select Pay.

  6. Once you're in the Pay screen, you'll see a tab for Verofy® vTerminal (if you have other vPayment products, you'll see multiple tabs here).
