AMEX transactions and settlements

Amex transactions

We display any Amex transactions you take on your Verofy® Move within your transaction reporting in Verofy® App and Cloud. 

The dashboard figures at the top of the page DO NOT include Amex transactions. This is because Verofy are not processing or settling these transactions. 

Amex settlements
We don't include information about your Amex transactions within the Settlements section of Verofy® App or Cloud. 

If you need to check whether your Amex transactions have been settled, we recommend logging into your Amex customer portal to view this information. If you are not sure of the login details, please contact Amex directly for support with this.
