What happens once the pay link is sent to the customer?

This page demonstrates how the payment link looks when it's sent to the customer, as well as talking through what information the customer has to enter, so you can be prepared for any questions your customers have.

When you send a one off payment link to your customer, they'll receive an SMS/email (depending on which details you entered when you created the link). We've provided examples of what the message looks like below.
