Check your card rates

If you need to check what card rates your business is paying, you can do this by locating your Payment Processing Agreement in the Verofy® Cloud Document Vault. 


Head to the inital of your name at the top right of your screen in Verofy® Cloud, it's normally in a circle.

Click the Account option, you'll be directed to the Account area of Verofy® Cloud.

From the list on the left, select Document vault, or scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Document vault section.

Within the document vault, download the Payment Processing Agreement.

You'll find the rates from page 3 onwards, depending on how many products you have. Each page will look similar to the below:
