Take control of your notification settings

To check or change your notification settings in Verofy® Cloud, log in and head to the Settings cog at the top right of the screen. 

You'll be directed to the Users tab. From here, select the Notifications tab. You'll see the default notification settings. This will show you which notification are sent to you by email, push or text (SMS). For any with a tick box, you can amend how you receive notification. Some notifications we have to tell you about and therefore you can't change these (they are identified by the N/A). Select your preferences for the notifications you manage and press Save to update the changes.
