Viewing a specific transactions detail in the Verofy® App
You can easily view the detail about a specific transaction from the Verofy® App by clicking into a transaction record once you've located it. If you need help finding a specific transaction in the Verofy® App, click here.

From here, you can view the settlement the transaction relates to, email a copy of the receipt to your customer, or request support for the transaction.
View the settlement relating to the transaction
To view the settlement detail, click the blue arrow in the Settlement section of the transaction record.
Remember - if the settlement for the transaction has not been processed yet, you wont have the option to view the settlement information. You can download the settlement breakdown to view the PDF, as well as share this to your contacts.

Email a receipt copy to your customer
You can email a copy of the receipt to your customer by typing their email address into the Email a receipt section and pressing the blue envelope to send.
Here's an example email receipt sent to the customer. The email also contains a PDF attachment with the receipt details.
Request support for the transaction
If you need to request support on the transaction, press the grey arrow next to the Need help with this transaction? option.
This will automatically open a new message in our message centre - and add the reference of the transaction as the subject of the email, saving you from having to provide all the details about the transaction. Once your message is added and sent, our dedicated support team will review this and provide you with an update - either by responding to your message in the message centre or through a phone call. Make sure you've toggled on push notifications in the App so you know when we have responded to you!
